For us, quality is non-negotiable—and it starts with food safety, ensured through cold processing with HPP (High Pressure Processing), applied entirely in-house.

With HPP technology, we manage the entire fresh preservation process internally, ensuring full control, reliability, and high standards.

Imagine protecting food without heating it.

With cold processing, we use extremely high pressure instead of heat to eliminate bacteria and make food safe. This way, food stays as good as freshly made—preserving its taste, freshness, and quality.

More safety, more flavor, longer shelf life.

The product, already packaged, is immersed in water and subjected to very high pressure: in these conditions, bacteria cannot survive.

Unlike traditional treatments that rely on high temperatures, this method preserves taste, color, and texture.

We were among the first in Italy and Europe to adopt this technology, over 10 years ago.
